The battery is new, the ignition switch replaced and the wiring checked for breaks, loose connections or bad grounds and the relays/switches checked for proper operation. With 10 hours of operation after the joystick linkage lube, no 3PH problems so far. So here are two possibilities: Rockshaft bypass valve not closing or a sticking loader joystick selective control valve. Ive had a no start issue for some time now. I bought a new coil, and still no spark. I checked all the wiring connections for corrosion/loose, cleaned them up added some die electric grease. The main power jet may be clogged or the fuel level in the bowl is too low, fuel filter clogged, port to fuel pump from crank case may be loose. The battery must be healthy and fully charged, all connections tight and not heating up. Not sure how you have the starter circuitry wired, but if it uses a solenoid and the key switch, there may be a wiring problem or a bad ignition switch.
